Ace Combat Assault Horizon Enhanced Edition is an arcade shooter video game developed by Project Aces and released by Bandai Namco Entertainment in 2011 for PC. Take control of the best planes and fight to stop the war that soon may come! The title is a spin-off of the Ace Combat simulator series and takes place on a modern and realistic world map. Story

It's 2015, and Lieutenant Bishop of Warwolf Squadron faces a difficult task. While working for NATO, he must stop the plans of a Russian mercenary with a mysterious Trinity weapon. An unknown terrorist intends to start World War III – only an experienced team can turn the tide of tragic events. Lieutenant Bishop will undertake a series of challenging missions to decide the world's fate.

Gameplay

Start a series of aerial operations to join a spectacular fight against enemy forces. In Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, you will pilot planes and helicopters equipped with powerful guns of devastating power. Among the playable vehicles, you can operate such aircraft as Su-37 Terminator, CFA-44 Nosferatu, AH-64D Apache Longbow, AC-130U Spooky, and many more. Each of them has unique abilities, but thanks to the simple controls system, you will be able to master your skills in the blink of an eye.

Get ready to fight air and ground units. In the effective elimination of opponents, use the Air Strike Mode, Close-Range Assault, and Dogfight Mode systems to employ the maximum capabilities of your machine on the battlefield. Travel to Russia, East Africa, and Dubai to complete the mission and fight in the most realistic battles! Assault Horizon offers detailed airplane models and beautiful textures of the massive terrain. The gameplay is dynamic and brutal, often enriched with explosions, flying steel splinters, and leaking fuel. This way, you can enjoy total immersion and fierce competition.

The game features epic experience in a single-player campaign or several multiplayer game modes. You can play Deathmatches, co-op quests, and two new game modes: Domination and Capital Conquest.
